As Chief Executive Officer, Matt oversees Changepoint’s global presence, growth strategy and technology offering. Matt brings more than 25 years of multi-sector senior leadership expertise in enterprise software to his role as CEO. Before Changepoint, Matt spent time in leadership roles at enterprise technology companies ranging from Fortune 200 to venture funded start-ups.
His prior experience also includes C-level roles in enterprise document, workflow and speech recognition applications. As CEO of Tideland Signal, Matt led high-performance teams in the delivery of innovative aids to marine navigation solutions. He also spearheaded StrataGen and led IntelliTax, a leader in financial transactions processing in the tax industry.
A German native raised in several locations across the globe, Matt frequently draws on his international experiences as a global business leader. Matt received both his bachelor’s and master’s in business from Texas Christian University. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children and has called the Emerald City home for the past 16 years.
As Chief Financial Officer, Scott oversees Changepoint’s financial well-being and plays a key role in developing and evaluating corporate strategy. He brings more than 25 years of experience growing organizations from early-stage companies to global leaders to his role. Scott’s diverse background includes broad experience in all aspects of finance, operations, management and accounting at on premise and SaaS-based software companies across various industries.
A seasoned executive, Scott has spent most his career guiding software and service businesses. Prior to joining Changepoint, he served as CFO at Atigeo, a big data analytics company powering high-impact business decisions and investments with a specific focus on healthcare and cybersecurity. Before that, Scott spent a decade as CFO and SVP of Operations at BSQUARE, a provider of software solutions for embedded devices. He also held senior roles with Xylo, Qpass, Sequel Technology, Spry, Paccar and Ernst & Young.
He graduated with bachelor’s in management from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt oversees Changepoint’s sales and business development organizations to drive growth across all segments–from innovative startups to mature SMBs to global enterprises. He brings more than 25 years of experience managing complex global and regional organizations from early stage to Fortune 100 companies to the role.
Prior to Changepoint, Matt re-defined Microsoft’s Consulting Services go-to-market strategy for Cloud to achieve $2.1 billion annual revenue. He also oversaw the company’s relationship with Hewlett Packard, a partnership that drove $6.3 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Microsoft, Perrine managed sales and business development for Skytap, EMC Software Group and CA Technologies. He built Skytap’s customer field operations from the cloud computing startup’s initial product release and first customer acquisition to more than 150 customers globally.
A proud University of Washington graduate and Seattle native, Matt spends the Northwest’s objectively outstanding summer weekends soaking up the sunshine on his boat in Lake Washington with his wife and two children.
As Chief Customer Officer, Paul leads a diverse team of professionals focused on customer enablement, care and success. Paul has spent more than 20 years transforming and leading professional services and PMO organizations.
Before Changepoint, Paul served as vice president of professional services at Epicor Software Corp, where he led project management improvement across the Americas and provided tools, processes and methodology to the global organization. Previously, as vice president of professional services for Model N, he led more than 150+ business analysts, solution architects, technical consultants and project managers as part of a combined services organization that drove more than $30M annually in revenue. Paul also spent time in management roles at Aetna and Prophet21.
Paul graduated with an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing tennis, gardening and cooking for friends and family. He’s active in his local community garden and the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. Although Philadelphia is his permanent residence, Paul spends most his time at Changepoint’s Seattle headquarters or meeting with his global customers and team.
As vice president of product management, Eric oversees Changepoint’s product strategy and execution. He has more than 15 years of product management and cloud technology experience and more than a decade of Project Portfolio Management experience.
Before joining Changepoint, Eric was co-founder and vice president of product development and technology at a startup that sought to revolutionize philanthropy and online giving. He led product, user experience and engineering. Throughout his career, he’s advised multiple enterprise software companies on new product selection, process criteria and implemented go-to-market strategies in a variety of sectors. A trusted thought leader, Eric speaks frequently at industry events and is frequently published by TechRebublic, BetaNews, ProjectsAtWork and other industry outlets.
A Pacific Northwest native, Eric received his bachelor’s in business and management information systems from Western Washington University. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children. In his free time, you’ll find Eric snowboarding, at a rock concert or exploring his passion for travel one soccer field at a time.
As vice-president of global marketing, Michael is responsible for Changepoint’s marketing organization including corporate, product, field and channel marketing teams. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software at Fortune 500 and venture capital backed software companies.
Prior to Changepoint, Michael held senior marketing roles at Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and Informatica as well as management consulting roles at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. As Cisco’s Director of Marketing for Collaboration Applications, Michael managed product marketing activities, channel marketing programs and ISV and developer marketing. He also spent time at Microsoft as Director of Marketing for Office Communications Server and Office PerformancePoint Server.
Michael earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and a bachelors’ in information systems also from Carnegie Mellon. On weekends, you’ll find him on Lake Washington cheering for his daughter’s crew team or riding his bike in the beautiful Northwest. Michael is an enthusiastic sports fan following both the Pittsburgh Steelers (football) and Barcelona (fùtbol).
As general manager of enterprise portfolio management, Paul is responsible for building products that help business and technology leaders align strategy and execution. He leads a Minneapolis-based team of engineers and developers committed to helping customers inventory, explore and act on their enterprise data in ways that support better business outcomes. A self-proclaimed recovering enterprise architect, Paul has spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, management consultant and technology business leader.
Paul joined Changepoint in 2015 through the acquisition of barometerIT, an industry-leading enterprise mapping application that creates a living roadmap of any enterprise or organization. Before founding barometerIT, Paul held solutions architect and business development roles with several IT and solutions providers including Perficient, an IT services firm serving enterprise and Global 2000 customers throughout North America.
Today, Paul lives in Minneapolis with his wife, a fellow entrepreneur and designer and their three sons. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Loyola University in Chicago and once studied hip-hop dance with Prince’s choreographer.
As director of human resources, Marianne oversees all elements of Changepoint’s global human resources. Marianne brings more than two decades of experience building agile, high-performing teams to her role guiding the HR function.
Prior to joining Changepoint, Marianne held several HR and talent strategy roles with technology and communications leaders including Sprint and Rogers Communications. At Rogers, as director of talent strategy and acquisition, she led a team that hired thousands of professionals during a time of explosive growth. Marianne also designed Rogers’ first professional corporate recruiting function and built a talent strategy roadmap to provide a foundation for transformational change. In 2012, her team was recognized by the HR Summit for innovation in employment branding.
Marianne is a Certified Human Resources Professional and holds a bachelor’s in business management from Centennial College.
