A: Changepoint EVOLUTIONS is our global customer conference featuring the Changepoint PSA, Daptiv PPM, and barometerIT solutions. This conference delivers product insights, best practices, and networking opportunities. Changepoint EVOLUTIONS empowers executives, management, and teams with new ways to collaborate, align investments, and gain visibility into business initiatives in today’s changing business landscape. The conference will take place October 1-4, 2018, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

A: Yes! Attendees will receive PDUs for participating in breakout sessions and workshops.

Q: How much does it cost to attend Changepoint EVOLUTIONS?

A: Early Bird pricing ends May 31: register today and pay only $795 USD per person. Starting June 1, three or more users from the same company pay $895 USD per person; single or two users pay $995 USD per person.

Q: Where is Changepoint EVOLUTIONS?

A: Glorious! Don’t worry about Nor’easters in early October. It will be in the low 70s F (23 C) during the day, and mid-50s F in the evening (13 C).

Q: How do I cancel or modify my registration?

A: Please direct any registration change requests to evolutions@changepoint.com for consideration.

Q: I need to cancel my registration. May I get a full refund?

A: Cancellations received before August 15, 2018 will be refunded in full. Cancellations between August 16 and September 16, 2018 will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee. We are not able to refund cancellations made after September 17, 2018. To cancel your registration, please contact evolutions@changepoint.com.

Q: I can no longer attend. Can I give my badge to a colleague?

A: You may transfer your badge to a colleague for a substitution at no charge up to two weeks before the event. Contact evolutions@changepoint.com to request a badge swap.

Q: Can I stay at the same location as the event?

A: Yes! Participants are invited to stay at the conference location: Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel in the nation’s oldest historic district.

Q: I plan on driving to the conference, or renting a car while I’m in Philadelphia. Is parking available at Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel? What is the cost?

A: Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel provides 24/7 valet parking, but like any metropolitan city, parking is available at a premium cost of $49 per day. If you are commuting to the conference, we encourage you to train or carpool to and from Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel. If you plan on renting a car during your time in Philadelphia, please consider renting it for only before or after the conference. During Changepoint EVOLUTIONS, you won’t have much time for a road trip. See below for public transportation options.

Q: Which meals are included as part of the registration fee?

A: The following meals are included in your Changepoint EVOLUTIONS registration fee:

  • Monday: The welcome reception includes light refreshments
  • Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch and light dinner at the exclusive Changepoint EVOLUTIONS event
  • Wednesday: Breakfast and lunch
  • Thursday: Breakfast and box lunch

Assorted snacks and beverages will be available throughout the conference.

Q: I have dietary restrictions. What are my options?

A: Please make sure to include any dietary restrictions or special requests in your registration form, or contact evolutions@changepoint.com. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available as part of all meal offerings.

Q: I’m making travel arrangements. When should I arrive and depart?

A: Please arrive at the hotel by 5:00pm on Monday, October 1. You won’t want to miss our welcome reception in the lobby of the Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel at 6pm. The customer conference and workshops officially end at noon on Thursday, October 4. We hope you plan a day or two on either side of the conference to experience the historically-rich city of Philadelphia…so schedule accordingly!

Q: What’s the closest airport?

A: Philadelphia International Airport (airport code PHL) is the closest airport, and is less than 10 miles from the conference site at Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel.

Q: What’s the best way to get from the airport to Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel?

A: There are numerous options get from Philadelphia International Airport to Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel:

  • Town car services can be arranged through the hotel.
  • Train: There is an Amtrak train station less than four miles from the hotel, and you can always find a taxi outside (or call an Uber).
  • Taxi – Price depends on driver and traffic, but from airport to hotel should cost no more than $25.
  • (The hotel does not have a shuttle van, so please plan accordingly.)

Q: Will transportation be provided to the exclusive Changepoint EVOLUTIONS event at Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel?

A: The new Museum of the American Revolution, the venue for our exclusive evening event, is just a few short blocks away. So grab your team members or a new contact, and walk over! If you require ADA accommodations, please let us know and we’ll provide alternate transportation for you. Please mention this during the registration process.

Q: Do I have to register for each session?

A: Changepoint EVOLUTIONS individual sessions do not require registration. We do request, during the registration process, that you inform us of your desire to participate in the workshops on the final day.
