She is responsible for report development, reporting, and data analysis. She is also the Americas coach and trainer for Daptiv and a core team member of the PMO Governance Team which oversees continuous improvement of PM tools and processes. For the Daptiv launch in February 2018, she was leader of the Resource Management team who developed functional processes, capacity standards, and tool configuration to support approximately 260 critical team members in Product Engineering and Program Management. As Chief Executive Officer, Matt oversees Changepoint’s global presence, growth strategy and technology offering. Matt brings more than 25 years of multi-sector senior leadership expertise in enterprise software to his role as CEO. Before Changepoint, Matt spent time in leadership roles at enterprise technology companies ranging from Fortune 200 to venture funded start-ups.

His prior experience also includes C-level roles in enterprise document, workflow and speech recognition applications. As CEO of Tideland Signal, Matt led high-performance teams in the delivery of innovative aids to marine navigation solutions. He also spearheaded StrataGen and led IntelliTax, a leader in financial transactions processing in the tax industry.

A German native raised in several locations across the globe, Matt frequently draws on his international experiences as a global business leader. Kerry Good is a Daptiv Senior Customer Success Strategist working with customers on the Project Portfolio Management journey roadmap as well as supporting a small group of enterprise customers. She has over 20 years’ experience in project management, application development, data analytics, and service management. Kerry is a former customer of Changepoint where she used Daptiv to manage multiple project portfolios and project managers as well as resource capacity for over 300 IT colleagues. Kerry was recently an Adjunct Faculty member at DePaul University in Chicago where she taught Software Project Management for undergraduate and graduate students.

Alyssa Marland Chmielewski was the Product and Portfolio Management Tools Configuration Manager for Radial prior to joining Changepoint as a Premier Consultant. In her role at Radial, Alyssa spearheaded the consolidation and simplification of business processes and enhanced Radial’s Daptiv PPM to support streamlined processes in order to enable elevated Portfolio Management with the tool. She is a graduate of Drew University with degrees in Mathematics, Business and French and resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband and toddler daughter.

Athena Pang, Senior Technical Consultant specialized in Business Intelligence (BI), has 18 years of experience in Software QA, IT support, Project Management and Business Analysis, which led her to Daptiv in 2005 as a Software Test Engineer. During the role of Test Engineer, she had the opportunity to work on the Daptiv Business Intelligence (BI) Integration project. After working with BI engine for a few years, she developed a passion for business intelligence and report development and become a Report Developer in 2010. Athena holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography Information Systems and minor in Architecture from University of Washington in 2006. Athena can read and write in Chinese, and speaks fluent both Cantonese and Mandarin.
